A Typical Days Action at the Wild Atlantic Adventure Centre
The below shows the normal running order of a day and overnight stay here at WAAC. This will change slightly for shorter and longer stays but will give you a good idea of what to expect.
09:00am Breakfast
10:00am – 13:00pm Activities e.g Crate Building and Archery
13:00pm – 14:00pm Lunch in Equestrian Centre
14:00pm – 17:00pm Activities e.g Raft Building & Driving Skills
17:00pm – 18:00pm Showers and chill-out time
18:00pm – 19:00pm Dinner Time – and time to discuss your epic day
19:00pm – 22:30pm Chill Out Time
23:00pm Lights out for all
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS

BREAKFAST
A selection of cereals, toast, fruit, juice, tea & coffee
LUNCH
DAY 1 Selection of cup-a-soups, sandwiches with a selection of fillings
DAY 2 Chicken Burgers with selection of salads
DAY 3 Beef Burgers with selection of salads
DINNER
DAY 1 Chicken Casserole, Rice & Veg
DAY 2 Spaghetti Bolognese
DAY 3 Chicken Curry & Rice
EVERY NIGHT
Tea and Toast or Biscuits
Specific meals requirements can be catered for upon request.
Selection of Fruit will be available with each meal.
